Kits you buy

• Buying a kit gives you a personal license to use its files for your own business. You may edit the spreadsheets and templates for that purpose.
• You may not resell, share, or publish the kit files, or make them available to others.
• Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

Our content

The site's text, tools, and kits belong to The Open Franchise. Sources we cite belong to their publishers. You may quote short passages with a link back.

No guarantees

We work to keep our information accurate and current, but costs and rules change. The site and kits are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from decisions you make using them, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.
