Refund Policy

If a kit isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying it and we'll give you your money back in full. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

• Reply to your receipt email, or
• Email us at contact email coming soon from the address you used to buy, with the kit's name.

What happens next

• We refund the full amount to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Your bank may take several business days to show it.
• Downloads for that kit are switched off in your account.

After 30 days

Refunds after 30 days are at our discretion. If something is wrong with a kit, tell us anyway; we want to fix it.
